6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns within 3 days
Exchanges within 7 days
Conditions:
Products must be in original, unused condition
Original purchase invoice must be presented
Refunds are provided as store credit, valid for 6 months
Non-Returnable Items:
Pillows and towels (due to hygiene)
Customized or made-to-order items
Discounted Items:
Can only be exchanged during the same promotion period.
Note:
Orders made via the website can only be returned or exchanged through our online customer service at 0525050315. In-store purchases must be returned or exchanged at physical locations, following the same terms.
Only mattresses are eligible for return. Beds and other items are non-returnable.
